You can find lots (and I mean lots) of at 永久脫毛 which personally I wasn’t attracted to. When it comes to lasers and intense skincare treatments I am one of those particular those who likes to get a professional to work their magic on me, as opposed to trying to become one by obtaining a kit from my local pharmacy. I visited a clinic within my hometown that had recently opened for some treatments.
I went to a couple of sessions, but didn’t see any results – AT ALL. So, it absolutely was fair to express I wasn’t planning to waste any further money. Strike one. FYI – I am aware people who have had treatments of IPL done (mainly all Asian/Indian kinds of skin) and that i have already been told it will take plenty of sessions to see results. I have been told by my current laser technician (and head trainer & educator of Polaris Laser Hair Removal) that IPL does not focus on Indian skin and it has short term benefits. It basically isn’t the best laser for long term hair-free fuss.
The next occasion round, I went for any YAG laser but to my luck, my technician had blagged her way into making me think she was doing us a favour. When in reality, her so called YAG laser was more of an IPL treatment then anything else. I will tell you that it made my hair a little fainter, but nothing drastic – and that i had at least 6 sessions. Yet again, I wasted not just my time in travel but a lot of cash! Strike two.
Over the past 5 months roughly We have been visiting a lovely laser technician, who lucky to me, is located in the same county as me! I needed told her each of the problems I actually have had before with hair laser removal and she gave me her honest and professional advice. She explained to me that IPL isn’t quite effective (especially on Asian skin) for 永久脫毛. It functions whilst you are receiving it done but provide it with annually approximately and you will definitely view your the growth of hair coming back. The penetration from the laser isn’t as deep and doesn’t concentrate on the hair follicle to the extent as being a YAG laser does.
I then explained the so-called YAG laser treatment I had been getting before arriving at her. That is when she did a little digging (in her extra time) and informed me that I was missold my laser treatment. The laser which I had been getting done was more much like IPL when compared to a proper YAG laser. It was much more of a diode – basically meaning that I wasn’t going to get exactly the same results has I would personally have with a proper or should I say real YAG laser!
She then told me information on her laser. The laser she uses is definitely the Long Pulsed Nd: YAG Laser by Polaris Medical. She actually is a professional educator/trainer for this particular laser and has been around the industry for 20 years – she basically knows her shiz.
This laser can be used for hair removing of hair on all skin types, light to dark. One of many benefits of this laser is the fact its melanin absorption is quite low. Melanin is the thing that gives your skin it’s colour. The greater melanin halbfl have, the darker your skin layer and the other way around. Because of it’s low absorption of it, there is certainly hardly any risk of the skin to have damaged by hyper/hypo pigmentation. This means that the long pulsed Nd:Yag lasers is idea for for hair removal on medium to dark skin!
I will need to go with clean, lotion/potion free, make-up free, perfume/deoderant free and hair free. Yep, therefore you have to shave in advance (everywhere you need to target!). This can be so the laser can reach the folicle without any hair strands getting in the way.
I have learnt the hard way by accidentally having some perfume on my neck as well as the laser burning my skin – luckily it wasn’t that bad (my Elizabeth Adren Eight Hour Cream sorted me out!). However, this is common and may happen.
During Laser Treatment
Throughout the laser session, the part/s of the body are sectioned off (as you can tell within the picture above). The 永久脫毛 is utilized with an air-conditioning type cooling tube which is hovered within the area of your skin since it is getting lasered – this is so that you don’t notice the heat. The sensation of having this done is like someone poking you using a needle. According to your pain threshold and/or the region you possibly will not feel it at all.
